I have been a customer at complete outdoor for almost 24 years. They are very professional, honest and good people. Over the years there has been a few ups and downs. But I have been very pleased. The only down part is turnaround time for service which can range from two to three weeks during mowing time. The way to remedy that is to take advantage of their winter special of free pick up and delivery so you will be set to go in spring without worries.
Worst service ever. Dropped off for simple service to which we were told about a week to look over it. No biggie on that portion. But after weeks of no responses, between calling with no answer and coming in (told haven't looked at it yet), I finally got answers to which I was told that we would need to pay $3400 to fix it. I told him no thank you I could buy a new one for that amount, to which the guy laughed. Upon arrival to pickup I was never talked too just processed out. When my husband asked for help loading they completely ignored me. (Battery was dead). Never will come back.

I do not believe I have ever received this poor of service. I am disappointed there isn’t an option of 0 stars. Do not waste your time shopping here there are PLENTY of better local options. All of which will not sell you a defective piece of equipment that will not start up at all, then not offer a full refund. Mind you this was supposedly due to a small scratch on the equipment that should not be put back on the floor to sell anyways as it is completely defective. We purchase a lot of lawn equipment each year from weed trimmers to large diesel zero turns and we will NEVER return to this store, nor will our employees!
Picked up some parts for my tractor. They have a nice showroom and and good stock on machines and parts. They don't have a very good customer service ethos. They seem to be locked behind their counter and you could wander through the showroom needing help with a trimmer or chainsaw and no one will even look up. When you can get them to help they are knowledgeable. don't know why they don't even greet people when they come into their retail area. Not the cheapest place to buy parts and accessories.
We were told they would be delivering our repaired mower a week and a half ago. We called twice and left voicemail messages but never got an answer. After spending 5 to 10 minutes on hold, I was finally able to talk to someone who claimed the part "just came in today." I asked why I was not told of the delay or why our voicemail messages were not returned. No apology; not even an answer to the question. Simply "we will try to deliver it tomorrow." I am not a complainer, but I do work in a retail business where customer service is everything. Our experience with them has been bad.
Thank you Brian and the Service Department team for getting my John Deere mower fixed for me. It's an extremely busy time of year for them and they still took in my mower when it broke down. It took a little longer than expected but that wasn't their fault (parts were slow getting to them). I appreciated their communication with me and the overall cost of repair was lower than I expected. Thanks again guys!
Definitely an honest place, they did a $50 repair instead of pushing for a big bucks teardown. Shop rate is a little higher, but since they are factory authorized for my John Deere, they don't need a lot of time to do it RIGHT!! very pleased ❣
